Premier Retail Marketing has been engaged by Councils across Australia and and overseas. David has worked with the City of Adelaide for 9 years in the role of Rundle Mall Manager, and in the Economic Development team when he developed the ‘Experience Adelaide’ City Retail Strategy. He also conducted a Central City Retail Review for Christchurch NZ in 2019. David can deliver large and small projects to boost the City and mainstreet economy.
